Our Founder, Chef Lindsey Becker is a professionally trained chef and certified health coach with a passion for wellness and fitness.

In 2017, Lindsey saw a hole in the marketplace for healthy and delicious catering. She has since made it her mission to help companies fuel their employees with energy-boosting foods disguised as comfort foods.

Prior to launching Farm Cut, Lindsey worked at the Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern and then ran a personal chef business where her team cooked healthy, yet hearty, customized meals in client’s homes throughout Manhattan. It was during this time that she was inspired to create Farm Cut and bring her signature healthy comfort foods to the masses. Lindsey launched the company when her first child was just a few months old and continued to grow the business during her second pregnancy. She is a huge advocate and supporter of working moms in the culinary industry.
